Completion Instructions

You are asked to rate yourself against 76 statements. You need to decide whether you agree each statement is true about yourself. You need to respond using a 5 - point scale. The responses are as follows:

1 - you Strongly Disagree with the statement

2 - you Disagree with the statement

3 - if you are Unsure whether the statement is true or not about you

4 - if you Agree with the statement

5 - if you Strongly Agree with the statement

(you dont need to remember this - the scale is repeated for you throughout the questionnaire)

Now remember....

• There are no 'right' or 'wrong' answers - this is not a 'test'.
• Answer honestly and objectively - answer as you are, and not how you might like to be.
• It is best to go with your first impression, rather than ponder at length over each statement
• Try to avoid the middle response - 3 'Unsure' - try to think what you most often do, or what comes most naturally.
• You will need to complete ALL of the items.
